Rain Network DO NOT RECOMMEND

Do not get a Rain Sin! Very unhappy. I sent a request end of July to the online support option but got no feedback. And then I was charged for Aug although I wasn't event on the network. This was the whole reason I messaged support in the first place to understand their services, but no support! Then I sent an email to *** only to get back an automatic reply to send a message via support but it won't even work when I tried it. This is pathetic. They have ****** R250 from me. Then if you cancel the Sim online they tell you that you will be charged for another month. Change your online limits on your banking otherwise they will keep *****ing from you because you can't even remove your own bank details.
