Rain Network did not deliver my sim card

i have am experiencing a very terrible customer service service experience. 12 days after my Rain sim card order and payment, i am still waiting for them to deliver my Rain sim card . i have tried to contact them directly and i was advised that they cannot take calls i will need to via their CONTACT SUPPORT facility on their website which i did and i have so many reference numbers that they sent to me but i cannot use them since you cannot call them. at this time i just need my refund so that i can look for another service provider with a better customer service.
