Rain Network Debit unauthorized Money

I have been a longtime user of Rain Internet/network for years, but because I am on a month-to-month contract, I was away from their network for more than three months. When I decided to rejoin last month and paid the monthly fee, they confirmed that there was no amount owed, so I was surprised to learn this afternoon (25/10/2023) that they had debited me +R1400.00. Kindly refund my money, as I haven't accessed your account in the last three months till reconnecting the network last month.
