Rain network
I had signed up for 5g network with rain paid the upfront free as requested by the network and the following day I cancelled the order. I decided to go with another network. I was advised it's possible to cancel and I will be refunded within 10 business days. I have been waiting waiting for 2 months and every single time I'm told 10 business days I didn't even receive the router that comes with the package I was assured that I am going to be refunded. Now my emails are being ignored and the tickets that are issued

28 Jul 2021, 10:51I'm still waiting for a resolution no feedback since the 23rd. This is clearly a trend @ rain where they are able to give a ticket number and you constantly have to be the one doing the chasing when you have a problem

03 Aug 2021, 11:03Since logging this query I'm the beginning, I have been met with empty promises from Rain. It is a new month and still NO REFUND. The only thing that they do well is send private messages that are FULL of empty words. I guess that it's easy to debit money however it's a mammoth task to get your funds back even when services were never rendered. (I didn't even receive the router)
