RAIN NETWORK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I am a new customer at RAIN and my experience so far is by far the worst. I feel like I have just been ****med. They have ZERO Customer Service! the Support Department does not even exist you will listen to waiting music for hours on end. The only way to get any and I mean any assistance is to keep calling Sales Department, they are the only department working at RAIN of course! I would advise anybody enticed by RAIN offers to rather go for the Reputable Networks Instead.
