Rain Network customer service are pathetic

I logged a call regarding my network that suddenly went off two days ago and after letting rain customer service know that I have NO NETWORK which means NO Bars, my SIM worked fine until 2 days ago and I get a response from Nandipha Mbitiyi who sent me APN settings and closed the call?? How is this call closed when my issue is not resolved?? Is this a joke? I want my money back of this is not fixed and I will put this all over social media if my issue is not resolved in the next hour.. 6.30pm today!!! It's over 48 hours and customer service is absolutely pathetic..
