RAIN NETWORK CONNECTION VERY HORRIBLE AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Rain is a very horrible network, since last year have been complaining about it hear on Hellopeter but in spite complaining no one will attend to you. we pay money every month for internet service but the connection is very horrible. Even if you reset the problem will not be solved. initially they used to have customer support but now they literally do not have customer support so u cannot even get help for the problem your having. anyone who is thinking of getting their service please do not because you will regret.

18 Jan 2021, 11:09Rain does not care about its customers even after complaining on hello peter they wont even call you like any other company to try and resolve your problem all they do is ask for your email and it ends there. Do not fall for the adverts they are putting out promise you will regret.
