Rain Network connection Issue

Since yesterday the whole day even today with no network for the wifi,couldn't work,do assignment even watch TV,had to go to the office unplanned coz of the network.you dnt give us even a notification if u have a problem, only sms i receive is for the debit orders that's all...This is so poor and affecting me,I hope when I get home today it will be working with no blue light coz we are abt to pay month end.
