Rain Network Connection

I'm exhausted physically, mentally and psychologically with this service provider.... For last 3 days I have been calling them, not once or twice in a day because of my router that is not working due to network connectivity.... Every time I call they promise to fix it, what annoys me even worse is the fact that I'm paying for wifi, now I also need to buy airtime and call them daily for them to fix my connection which they're failing..... Rain is no longer what it was when they came up, I'm actually going to cancel this router.... I don't want your call, all I want is network connection so I can use the service I paid for.....
