Rain network connection

I've had rain wifi for about a month now and I struggle with connection. It connects for 2 hours or so in a day and that's it. I've called rain a couple of times informing them of the issue and every time they mention that the tower nearby is down and they are sending a technician and it should be fine soon. It's been almost a month with the same issue.
