Rain network

I’ve been using rain and I’ve always experienced bad service with them. When I called agents, they’d tell me to take the SIM card out of my Oppo router and wipe it then put it back in. Now there’s no network at all, no red/yellow/white light it’s off. I’m trying to call but I can’t reach an agent it’s day two today and I’m not getting any help.
