Rain network billing and call centre useless
I am struggling every month with the billingsdepartment. This month aug 2020 they deducted 2 pyments from my account on the 1st. I cannot get hold of hem at all on a telephone number. If you call it is not existig. If you mail they reply someone will get back to you but they dont and you cant even sign in the mail they reply to you to send a response back. I have never seen such incomptence and communition issues to get hold of them. And i struggle to get my money back and hold of them. What a bunch of idiots. No call cenre. E mails is a mess to reply to. Seems like amoney **** to me. The reference number i got i cannot remember

02 Aug 2020, 09:12I need to know how long this will take as I need to make other payments and cannot do so due to rain deducting twice the amount where the invoice clearly states only one payment. Due to your negligence i need to pay penalties on debit orders that came back and that they are trying again till it goes through

Thr bank cannot reverse the extra payment rain put through and said only ran can pay this back to me since they debit it from my card. I need this money as i need to pay other account yet no one calls me to get this rectified. This is the worst compamy to deal with to get hold of them where they ****ed up and not even me

03 Aug 2020, 10:53The only advise from the bank is to open a ***** case. If this cannot be resolved then i will be forced to opena ***** case since the invoice vs the amount taken from my account does not correlate at all
