RAIN NETWORK BIG ********

I ordered a rain Sim card mid September 2020 and it was delivered a day later. Hence you have to make a payment before hand which I did. I had a Huawei router which I used and I couldn't connect to the internet have sent them Numerous emails and they are now not responding to my emails. I then bought a new router still can't connect to the internet... I have changed settings as they have suggested BUT am still not connected... Have checked if my area has coverage... Which it does but I'm still not connected... THEY ARE BIG ********. NOT PREPARED TO RECOMMEND THEM
