Rain network #Big ****mers

I have a poor network connection in the evenings till late since last year August 2025 until today. I reported this issue and Rain does not care. Every time when i call they tell me that they have escalated to the network department and they will call me to resolve the issue. Not a single day have they called me but when it is month end they are very quick to debit the money for the service they do deliver. They have promised to send me a replacement device for the past 3 months, till today I am still waiting for the device. They only thing they are good at is to say we apologize, we apologize but they never take do anything to satisfy their customer. These people are ****mers, they are just taking our money and never deliver the service.
