RAIN NETWORK - Bad Service, *********** staff

The sales consultant who got me to use RAIN Network had told me that the unlimited data package I enquired about is a Prepaid as I was not interested in any contract package but Prepaid. I used RAIN Network for one month and stopped it because it never met my expectations as I use my router for Teams and Zoom.

To my surprise, they have been debiting my account for Services I never used and when I called, then I am told that I subscribed to a Post-Paid package of-which I never opted for a Post-paid.

I called to cancel the useless subscription with immediate effect, and the lady I spoke to just told me that their policy says the cancellation is only effected after a month. How are they billing me for a SIM card that I am not using?

Useless Internet Service Providers, please avoid them at all cost. Their Network is bad, nevermind being throttled.
