Rain network bad service

Rain I am sick & tired now of you guys behavior now, you responded to say you'll fix the problem but you haven't up-to now, are you guys a **** or what,

I am not going to pay for a network that I did not have for the all month, and now you guys disconnect this one again that I have already paid, what is really your problem, I am really getting so frustrated 😠 😡 👿 😤
