Rain Network bad In Coverage zone.

As a student i like using the LTE for streaming and gaming. Some days it's good, but lately (past few months) it struggles to get to 200kbs DL or UL speeds throughout the day. I live in a Coverage zone and get 4 out of 5 bars in my LTE router, showing that it has a strong connection to the Tower, where ever it may be....but VERY SLOW internet speeds. In Gauteng west and in Potchefstroom.
