Rain network

I have experienced numerous off frustrations with Rain 5 G since the 30th June, no connection or is extremely slow.

I have send numerous emails and called support but the first response was only on the 7 th July only to inform me that the towers in my surrounding area has technical issues and technicians is working on it.

I even upgraded last week hoping it would resolve the issue.

Until now I am still sitting with the same issue and when I send emails, I receive reply back that the email adress no longer working and have to log in and contact customer service, but no one pick up on the other end

Very poor service
