RAIN NETWORK ARE DISAPPOINTMENT

I Must say i see a ********s element going on the network call rain, since on the 3rd of October i apply for the network, they took my banking details, debit me n 1 rain and promise to deliver me a router within 3 -5 working days. since they day my call and email where only responded to on from that first day to the 4th day, after that day till this time, noon of my call has been answer noon of my mail has been responded to, even all my call back messages are all ignored, they are not truthful and they don't meet to what you see them advertising on the TV ( THEY ARE LIER AND DISAPPOINTMENT )
