Rain network and service is the pits.

If I could give a -100 star rating, I would, that 1 star doesn't do just, So I recently activated a rain sim, 5days ago to be exact, not even once have i had joy in the network, I've previously heard complaints but decided to try it for myself because my aunt is using it and its working just fine with her ,although it initially gave her issues, i checked my coverage and all was good, funny thing is that when i called when i was at my aunts they told me there's obstruction to the towers in that area but my aunts network works just fine and my location does not have any obstruction but its the worst, I've been calling rain everyday since I've had the network and from day one my query is escalated to the networks department who are supposed to give me a call within 2-24hrs, 5 days later I'm still waiting for the call, despite me calling everyday, the network disconnects more times than it connects, it disconnects longer than its connected, I feel like screaming everyday when using it, They should invest the money they use on their ****py adverti*****t on ensuring that their network is actually what they claim it to be.
