Rain Network and customer services

I have been with rain for a few months now and I've been happy. I recently lost the sim card and sent emails to the company but no response even after a week. I decided cancel the lost sim and order a new one, delivery was made and Now there is no network, I have been trying to connect, I have sent twitter messages no response. The company has really let me down. The customer service is really bad, now I'm stuck with a sim card that doesn't connect to the Internet. Its ridiculous
