Rain network and customer service is bad

Rain network is very bad. They do not have a good customer service. You cant call them. When you email them via ticket, they wont respond back to you. Telkom is better than this useless Rain. They tell you its 4G or 5GB but they actually reduced your throttled. When there is a issue, one will give you support.
