Rain network and customer service
When I first got the rain sim card I was very happy. Now I'm starting to regret why I even got the sim card. Their network coverage is as bad as Telkom's every 7 days I have issues with the network and when ever I send an email im asked for my home address so they reset on their side. Sometimes they don't even bother to back to you like this past weekend when I had no coverage at all while inside the house and I had to go outside to get a signal. Rediculous
