Rain network and bad service

I am very unhappy with the service. Since February rain has been deducting money from my account every month yet their simcard is not working ever since they did a swimswap for me. I really can't work with people who keep telling me they will resolve the issue yet they don't and take money from me. I'm not working so it's really painful to lose the little money I have over such matters at least if the simcard worked but it's not and I have called many times to report the issue but no one seems to take me serious. I would like a refund of all the months that rain has charged me for something that isn't there and would line them to be a little truthful next time. O really don't want to take this far I hope they understand and help me out.
