Rain network abuse!

Rain has been trying to **** money out of me for months! I had a rain sim cards some time back which only worked for 2 weeks and stopped working. I reported this to rain and nothing was done. I lost the sim card because of not using it, I long cancelled my account with Rain harassing for months on end. I provided all the requested information and the matter was settled months ago. Ever since that matter was closed after it was escalated to a company called New-debt.

Since that every 3months for the past 12 months, RAIN calls me trying to ****** money from me for a none existent debt. Yesterday Rain calls me and sends me a payment arrangement via email that I have not agreed to Reference number ***4
