RAIN NETWORK A HUGE ****

I bought their rian sim card on 26/03/2020 and activated it, however after realising that I have no coverage at all I deactivated the sim the very next day 27/03/2020. To my surprise I am still being billed. How am I being billed for a service I have never used or benefited from? I feel ****** because they keep taking my money but I am not benefiting anything from thee network. Their customer support is terrible, just like their network coverage. I am very disapointed and wouldn't advise anybody to sign up with them, my biggest regret to date
