Rain Network

I had a contract with Rain network after watching their adverti*****t on TV. From 12 February 2023 l signed a contract with them and l was happy until l started to loose network from 17May 2023. I was phoning them and getting answers that my problem is escalated to the technicians until today when l called to get feedback. I was told by the consultant that my contract is canceled and a pro-rata payment is set for a refund. I am puzzled as to who requested the cancelation of the contract and the descency of them calling me back and explain that my problem is too big for them to fix then give me options to choose.
