Sad to say that Rain Customer Care is non-existent... I cancelled my subscription two years ago due to poor signal. To this day I still have not received my refund for monies deducted from my account post cancellation. They do not follow up on any calls lodged and every time you speak to a new call centre representitive! Please do not make use of this provider as they are pathetic!
