Rain network!

This is my last resort to get help on my rain network. I haven’t had network for the past 2 months yet it’s is getting paid, I tried several times to contact them but it goes nowhere, instead I’m being told that my data is depleted( which is strange because my service is 5G unlimited) or I should restart my router, which I’ve done many times before. I’ve missed so many important meetings and trainings from my job that I feel like my job is even on the line due this network issue with rain. I am in desperate need to help. I’m starting to regret choosing rain as my service provider because I’m spending more money to buy daily data yet I have a paid subscription with rain yet it hasn’t been working. PLEASE SEND HELP ASAP.
