Rain network

I have been using Rain (R499) network since 2020 till last year December before I relocated l informed through their support services and WhatsApp that l was moving to Delportshoop and the is no network coverage there and l will be unemployed from the 1st of January 2024. January and February Rain made deductions on my account of which they couldn't find money in my account which made lots of negatives on my account because deductions failed now in March they have deducted R 240.90 + R240.90 + R309.73. I need Rain to refund my money back in full and stop the dedication since lm not using their services. I thank you.
