Rain Network

For the past week I have been having issues with my network connection and have contacted the rain support e-mail numerous time explaining my issue with their network.

I have tried everything even plugged my router everywhere I can think of to try get network. The rain signal is very strong but there no network. The area I am in has 4G and 5G reception. Can someone from your department resolve the problem at hand.
