Rain Network *******!

Good afternoon. Here I am again complaining about rain network. I live on Long street in Kempton Park and it has been 3 days without internet. I truly feel like we are been played for fools and the network is throttling the connection. Think about it this way. They get a full payment every month offering unlimited internet and we lose out on so many days that we have to use other means that cost us more. All along they get their payments in full. Is there any way of making the network account for this lawfully as it is a *******!
