Rain netowork, the definition of useless.

The biggest mistake I ever did was to select Rain as my network service provider, firstly when the checked coverage in my area, they said I have 5G coverage which is absolutely not true, connectivity is terrible, the consultants are useless and clueless. I have been debited double for over 2 months; I have called them over 15 times trying to sort the problem and I have been failing. The consultants are rude, one went to the extent of hanging up, my call while I was explaining my situation. I regret choosing Rain as my network and I will be canceling my contract with them, and I won't give them their wi-fi until they pay me back what they have been double debiting me; they can call lawyers I don't care. We wake up and work hard for the money we earn just for some stupid company to take it like that
