Rain needs to up its marketing

RAIN has an excellent product from what I can see. However, their marketing is lacking. They have a good write-up on their product on their website which I tried to download. They do not allow it. I am trying to help my domestic worker and her friends to purchase. But I cannot print the offering so my DW cannot sell to the others. I called Rain and spoke to sales. They then transferred me to support. They transferred me back to sales. I tried to call Head Office but ended up on the website again. Why does Rain not have a brochure or allow marketing material from the website?
