Rain needs to reverse the money they deduct from our account.
We haven't been using rain for over a year with much brother, but today rain decided to deduct R950.00 from his account. How is that possible when we have been reporting bad network connection and no one has bothered to get back to us, we then decided to stop using it. It's been more than 12months and just out of nowhere Rain deducts almost a thousand Rands.
