Rain needs to provide a service where people are able to contact them via voice call and actually get assistance from an agent because it is frustrating sending all these emails and not getting any assistance with issues of concern.

Terrible customer care. I have been trying For the past 5 days to try and get someone to help me with no joy at all. They promise that someone will contact you within 24hours but no such. I have had a strong WiFi signal but no internet connection and have tried to get someone to assist with this. They were very prompt with deducting money from my account for a service that they are not even providing me with. I do not recommend them to anyone. Disgusting service.
