Rain needs to manage their communication with their clients

I don't usually do ratings or reviews but this one I had to write. No matter how desperate you might be, or even out of boredom, or even if you want to splurge on something. Do not go for rain.

I cancelled rain years ago, I don't even remember when only to be called by attorneys that I had not cancelled... That I was willing to over look because im not one to over react, I paid the amount they said I should settle and all was well and email was sent out confirming this, after a couple of months later I get a call from rain again and they tell me of a cancellation fee they never told me about even via email and the attorney tells me they sent out 5 emails which is all false!

I never received any other email apart from the one that stated my cancellation.
