Rain needs to fix their customer service

I could explain my lomg story however to cut it short: I have requested a refund before I could even use rain.

This company will lose a lot of clients due to its pathetic customer service. You might not be the best in what you do BUT if you(rain) take care of your customers, treat each and every customer with atmost respect, we will do business with you.

Free advice: take care of your employees in customer service and they will take care of us as clients(Im no longer a client, awaiting a refund) and even it takes a life time to get the refund, I will wait than to have to deal with your customer service.
