Rain needs to do BETTER!!!!

Rain is the worst wifi. Every week there is a different problem and then you have no internet for days and the call centre people are unhelpful and disrespectfull every week they have a new amount to be paid even though you have already paid gor the month they refuse to put you through to a manager and all they can say is im so sorry for the inconvienance.
