Rain needs to be stopped or shutdown

Rain’s billing system is disgusting. Early this year we paid them for the month, it was the 25 of March and then after making the payment we changed the billing date to the first of each month, wanting to pay on the 1st of May understanding that there will be a pro rata from the 25 of April to the 30 of April. They suspended the account from the 1st of April and saying we should pay another R650. Last week Sunday we paid for the month, this morning (7 days later) our account was suspended, they say that they have a problem with their billing system and for us to reactivate we need to pay another R50. Rain is a ****. Rain needs to be stopped or the whole thing shutdown completely
