Rain - my worst ISP provider!

What a terrible experience I’ve had with rain. I cancelled my existing services with my previous ISP to migrate to rain but it was such a bug mistake. I was guaranteed uninterrupted services and BW of up to 200M/S, I received non of these, instead, all I received was continuous eroded services coupled with network engineers who lacks the ability to adequate skills to resolve my issues. I’m so frustrated with Rain I actually just want to terminate my services and move back to my previous ISP.

Anyone who’s thinking about signing up with Rain, please read this post and stop before you make a big mistake.
