Rain my worse nightmare 😫

Rain is my worse nightmare 😫 I have to keep doing the same thing over and over every month . I have upgraded my account from Rain 19 hour package R265 a month to Rain 101 R595. The still bill me for both account, I have ask the several times to cancel the 19 hours package, till now is not canceled. I am paying for the service I do not use. When you try to call their customer service department I do not get any assist.
