Rain my ass

I cancelled my rain account end of February 2023 packed the router and left it aside only to find out rain has been deducted from my account in march and April which I then contact them they refunded me my amount for April and said I I need to pay the outstanding for February I agree there after the did the same in may and June which they now owe me R1708 they now tell me I must wait 7 days for the money to be sent back to my account I then asked why does it take 7 days when the last time you guys refunded the same time . So I asked to speak to a manger the guy puts me on hold for another 12mins unfortunately I don't have airtime to be on hold I am so tired of them right now!!!
