Rain must refund me my money

Please refund me my money that I paid in January for this months coverage because this is now the 3rd week I’m without network….i have been patient long enough I am tired of you calling me with different empty promises and stories everyday and cancel this service after you give me money

Why should I pay for a service I’m not getting? I’ve reached the limit now and want nothing to do with rain WiFi anymore It’s the poorest service I’ve ever received I’m tired of this back and forth it’s draining and we’re not getting anywhere with this

So please give me my money back and send someone to fetch your router
