I want a refund on my wifi the entire month my wifi was not working I paid for me to not have any internet connection for a entire month the agents are useless unable to help at all do better rain or cancel your **** service you selling I've been calling sending emails reporting on the app still nothing this will be the last time I play nice give my money back and go **** someone else around since the 29th of May I have to sit with this **** and yet not one agent has called me but when I submit a ticket they say they will get back to me with 24hrs shifty service *****sters.
