Rain must fall vuma T please bring fiber to my area

Where do I even start rain is slow connection is poor only department that works is the collections department so take your money 💲 yes that they don't lack in at all it says it's a month to month but if you don't pay they keep billing you and billing you till your outstanding amount is ridiculous then only they cut off your internet but you still billed when it is off when you lucky enough to get hold of a consultant they tell you to move your router around "it's at a place where the signal is weak mam check our towers and where they placed from your home for best signal results" is the **** they always say I can't wait for fiber in my area as soon as all areas have fiber I'm sure rain will fall it must load of **** paying for terrible service disappointing to say the least sad sad sad FYI Rain we only using you because we don't have fiber bit we unhappy and dik of you
