Rain must fall

The worst service provider that operates. Constant signal issues with there devices, also there signal and internet speed not what they advertise and brag about. Have to constantly re-boot my device. They also use to have power during load shedding but now all of a sudden we are been told that when there is load shedding there towers are also off. I have back up power during load shedding and rain use to be on during load shedding.

When you contact there call centre you can forget to speak to someone, or if you are willing to stay on the line for 25min then maybe someone will answer. Worst part of all is that when you get trough the call centre agent don't know what they are talking about and are also very rude. We have now logged complains on there website and also logged complaints direct to call centre management but to no avail.

I have 2 devices with rain and are in the process of finding a new service provider. Rain quick to collect installments but there is absolutely no service from them It is a shame that we have to live with this type of Service and still pay for it.
