RAIN MUST FALL

Honestly,they don't even deserve a single star as they are that useless. Been having endless problems with them. Did a speed test and my download speed ranges from 0.1 to 0.5 mbs which is pathetic. When one confronts them they have all sorts of stupid excuses which really makes me mad. Why can't they just admit that they are the worst ISP in the country and actually do something about their **** infrastructure instead of making stupid excuses and taking people's money.
