RAIN MUST FALL! ACCOUNT PAID BUT OFFLINE!
I paid my account 479 on the 26 of March. Yesterday, I was billed 216.32. I paid that too and have been offline ever since! Called customer service, was on hold for more than 20 minutes!
Can I please get my money back. I would like to cancel my sim. I've been patient with Rain for almost a year. Bad bad bad experience.
