Rain must fall

Hi guys

I really just advise at this point as I'm tired of complaining about this ****ty company known as Rain. I'd like to know if there isn't a consumer watchdog thats that's able to assist the public in this regard? Surely such ********* businesses Should not be allowed to trade. Hello Peter is lit with complaints regarding rain and nothing is being done to take them to task. Cart blanch? CPA? CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN?
